This year will be remembered for many reasons not least because of the issues around A-level, GCSE, and BTEC results. Speaking with schools this week regarding all the uncertainty, we know it has been a difficult time and the situation has caused challenges for teachers, students, and school leaders. However, the resilience and positivity that has been in evidence since March has been remarkable and this is another hurdle that the pandemic has caused that we will overcome together.
At Applicaa, we are ready for enrolment day and have been delivering training for schools this week. We hope we can deliver some calm in the middle of the whirlwind as our platform enables a swift import of grades and transfer to school MIS’, freeing up time for Sixth Form leaders to speak with those students who need specific advice and guidance. On Thursday morning, students will be able to log-in to Admissions+ from home, confirm their results online, upload certificates, and confirm their course choices.
Sixth Form teams instantly receive the forms online and can then process students quickly onto courses, communicating with them by text and email. Student information is then easily transferred to the school MIS with a few clicks meaning individuals are in the system and ready to start the new term in September.
We would like to wish all students moving on from Year 11 the best of luck for this Thursday.
Good luck from team Applicaa!
